AgentMob is run by Gather. Here is everything we keep, and why.

What we store

• Your Google account id, email and name, from Google sign-in, so we know who holds which number. We request the basic profile only. We cannot read your mail, files or contacts.
• Your claim: which pool number is yours and when you claimed it.
• The mobile number you give us for the test text, so we can put it in your prompt.
• Usage counts: how many texts and calls your number made in the last 24 hours, to enforce the rules. Your usage page reads the rest live from Gather and keeps the times and call lengths for up to a minute.
• Which agents used your number: the prompt asks each agent to sign its requests with its own name. We keep the list of names seen on your number, nothing about what they sent.
• Compatibility reports you choose to send: the agent name and whether it worked.
• Waitlist answers, if you join it: your email, the link you gave us and how many numbers you need. We use them to decide who hears first and to email you when a number opens up. Ask and we delete them.

You can skip the waitlist and ask your own agent to check once a day instead. That check reads a public page that says how many numbers are free, and tells us nothing about you.

What we do not store

The monitor counts messages and calls. It does not save message content, recipients or call audio. Your activity page shows your texts and calls by reading them live from Gather each time you open it, for you alone, and we keep no copy. We do note the time your agent first texted your own phone, so we can tell you it is connected.

Phone calls

Calls are made by a voice assistant, which says it is an AI calling on your behalf. No audio is recorded. To tell your agent how the call went, we keep a written summary and transcript of each call for 7 days, then delete them. If someone rings your agent's number, the assistant takes a message and we keep that summary for the same 7 days. Traffic your agent sends goes through the Gather API, under Gather's own terms.

Cookies

One signed session cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one during Google sign-in. No analytics cookies, no ad trackers.

Removal

Want your claim and data removed? Reach us through Gather. Removing your data retires your number.
